Our Return Philosophy

As a small, new business, JayzzedUp is just beginning its Safar. To help us grow and keep bringing you unique designs, we maintain a very limited return policy designed to support our artisans and our small team.

Return Conditions

Damaged Items Only: Returns are only accepted for products that arrive with manufacturing defects or damage sustained during transit.

Opening Video Proof: To ensure a fair process, a clear, unedited unboxing video is strictly required as proof for any damage claim. The video must show the package being opened for the first time.

Support Small (Size & Preference): We kindly ask you to choose your size carefully by referring to our size chart. If you wish to return a non-damaged item, you will be required to bear both the forward delivery and return shipping charges.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact and in the original packaging.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method.

Duration: It typically takes 7-14 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Note: Shipping charges and COD convenience fees are non-refundable
