1. Order Processing and Dispatch

• All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

• Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

• Upon dispatch, customers will receive a notification via email or SMS containing the Tracking ID and the name of the courier partner.

2. Delivery Timelines

We provide pan-India shipping. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Metropolitan Cities: 3–5 business days post-dispatch.

• Rest of India: 5–7 business days post-dispatch.

• Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, transit delays, or regional logistics issues.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Service Availability: Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes across India.

• COD Charges: Please note that Cash on Delivery orders are subject to an additional convenience fee. This amount is calculated at checkout and varies depending on the delivery location and logistics partner.

• Verification: JayzzedUp reserves the right to verify COD orders via telephone or WhatsApp (+91 7230921639) prior to dispatch. Failure to confirm the order may lead to its cancellation.

4. Shipping Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details, including the correct pincode and contact number. JayzzedUp shall not be held liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect information. Any costs associated with re-shipping a returned order due to incorrect address details will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If a package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment and notify us immediately at jayzzedup@gmail.com. If the package is accepted, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to process any claims regarding internal damage or missing items.
